These terms govern your use of godpulltcg.myshopify.com and any order you place with GodPullTCG. Placing an order means you accept them.

Who we are

GodPullTCG is an online trading card store operating from 201 3rd St NW, Suite 1950, Albuquerque, NM 87102, United States.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract forms when we dispatch the goods and send you the tracking number — not when you receive an order-confirmation email, which is only an acknowledgement that we received the order.

We may decline or cancel an order, refunding you in full, if the item is out of stock, the price or description was wrong, we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address, or we have reasonable grounds to believe the order is for resale in breach of a manufacturer's allocation terms.

Pricing errors

Prices are checked, and occasionally one is still wrong. If an item's price is obviously incorrect — an order of magnitude out — we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice of paying the right price or cancelling for a full refund. We will not silently ship at the wrong price and then charge you the difference, and we will not simply cancel without telling you why.

What we sell

Trading card game products: sealed product, singles, graded cards and pre-orders. Sealed product is sold in the manufacturer's own shrink, unsearched and unweighed. We do not open or reseal sealed product.

The odds of any particular card appearing in a sealed product are set by the manufacturer and printed on the packaging where the manufacturer chose to print them. We reproduce those figures as published. We do not add estimates, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a specific card is inside a specific box.

Graded items ship in their original slab. The certification number is visible in the listing photograph and you can verify it on the grading company's own site before you buy — we would rather you did.

Trademarks

Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece and every other brand named on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an authorised dealer for any of them unless a listing says so explicitly. We name them because naming the maker of a product is how you describe the product.

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves an item that has not been released. The release date is the manufacturer's and manufacturers move release dates; if one moves we will tell you. You can cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the release date.

Price and payment

Prices are in USD and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout based on your address. Shipping to the US & Canada is free. Canadian orders are exports: no US sales tax is charged, and Canadian taxes and any duty are collected by the carrier — see the shipping policy.

Delivery and returns

See the shipping policy and the refund policy. Both form part of these terms.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for the speculative future value of a collectible, or for a loss of profit on resale.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Bernalillo County, New Mexico. If you are a consumer resident in Canada, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your province.
